Note: You can get your full-length video back at any time. The left takes time off the beginning, and the right removes it from the end. Drag your slider from either side to trim your video. On the playback bar, click on the gear to reveal more options. Thankfully you can easily do that editing in Lightroom. Video editing often requires some trimming. Right-click on the video, select Develop Settings, then Reset. It’s that simple!ĭon’t love the preset? That’s fine you can remove it with a few clicks. Return to Lightroom’s Library Module, choose your video and apply your new preset. Name the preset to reflect your changes and click Create. Click on the image and choose capture frame as you previously learned. Select a still from your video that best represents the colors and tone. Lightroom actually features several presets for video editing however, you can also create a custom preset for your video. In the Library Module, apply your favorite presets by selecting the Preset tab in the quick develop menu on the right side of your screen. Tip: If you accidentally move into the Develop Module and attempt to edit your video, it’s not supported, and Lightroom gives you a message to that effect. Any edits that can transfer from your edited photo automatically apply to your video.ĭo you have some favorite presets in Lightroom that mark your style? If you want to apply those presets to your video, you can do so through the Library Module with the quick develop menu. To select both at the same time, hold down the Command/Control key on your keyboard and click the photo and video.Ĭlick on Sync Settings. Select your edited photo with the video file. Leave the Develop Panel and return to the Library Module.
